We provide your new and seasoned training resources the opportunity to learn critical training skills that will help insure that their future training sessions are successful and overcome the training challenges that occur within many workshops. We do not change your current training process or content- we rather provide to you the opportunity to learn and apply key training tips to insure workshop success and build on your current training skills.

This WebEx workshop is focused on certifying you for Cisco Business Acceleration and also aligned for participants to learn or refresh training skills that have been proven to be key skills used by top training professionals. Using a combination of interactive skills training and video taped coaching, you will receive feedback, best practice recommendations, and Cisco BLP certification. Each participant will receive a workbook, coaching, examples, and tools to assist you in creating your own scenario based training exercises.
